Wide Days is back in-person in Edinburgh on 19-21 May - more details coming soon.

In the meantime we're pleased to announce the launch of our 2022 artist development programme - open to all genres - with applications open now.

Supported by PRS Foundation, it aims to develop international opportunities for six acts based in Scotland, and is open to solo musicians, bands, songwriters and producers/DJs who make original music.

The initiative combines two days of workshops and advice sessions, as well as a live showcase as part of the Wide Days convention. This will be followed by individual mentoring sessions tailored to each participant.

The six acts will be selected by a panel of media and music industry professionals, including genre specialists and international bookers. They will benefit from:

  • Showcase slot at Wide Days 2022

  • 2x day-long artist workshops

  • Free Wide Days 2022 & 2023 passes

  • Professional photoshoot

  • Bespoke industry mentoring

  • Post-event advice & development sessions

  • Ongoing mentoring & support
