We accept any form of photographic ID to collect an under 18's wristband, such as a provisional or full driving license or Young Scot card. Please ensure the ID has a photo, date of birth and is still valid. Student ticket holders must bring a valid student ID to show upon registration.
Only a valid passport or driver license will be accepted by venues to gain access or buy alcohol.

PRO delegate passes includes full access to the conference (with dinner provided), priority access to all live showcases and additional networking activities. These include a guided coach tour and welcome reception on Wednesday, a delegate dinner on Thursday and Friday and walking music tour, record shop tour, delegate lunch and whisky tasting on Friday.

No. We don’t offer access for individual sessions. You will require a delegate pass to attend the conference.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for unused tickets. However, if you are no longer able to attend we can transfer your ticket to someone else up to the day before. For further information please email hello@widedays.com.

Yes, you can attend whichever activities suit your schedule. We will be in touch with PRO delegate pass holders in advance to request RSVP to specific activities.

Each panel/session will run slightly differently, but the majority consist of 4-5 speakers on stage answering questions asked by a moderator and participating in discussion.
Several sessions will run at the same time, and you are able to enter/leave as you wish.
We aim to provide some time at the end of each session for questions from the audience.
Most of the speakers will also stay at the event and are available for meetings during our 1-2-1 programme. -
Wide Days is open to anyone, you don't have to work in the business to attend. Many themes covered are also relevant to other creative industries.

The Wide Days conference is open to anyone aged 16 or over. Photo ID will be required when collecting your delegate pass.

There will be a Wi-Fi connection available to delegates throughout the conference venue, and we have a limited number of tables and power outlets available to work from.

Attendees will be sent details to register for our delegate database and mobile app, where you can communicate with other guests and arrange meetings.
Our 1-2-1 meeting programme will also open the week before the event, where you can arrange meetings with industry hosts. -
We aim to cater for allergies but it is important we are aware of these in advance. Please email hello@widedays.com with the subject 'Food Allergies'.

The showcases are open to over 16s. Those aged 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Anyone under the age of 18 must leave the venue by 22.30. -
The schedule has been designed to allow you to see everyone on the lineup, providing there is space in the venue.
Your wristband provides access to all showcases. Should a venue reach capacity, access will be provided on a ‘one-in-one-out’ basis.

Yes. This is because some parts of the showcsases are filmed. If you are a professional photographer or intend to use professional photographic equipment, please contact us in advance for a photo pass. You are welcome to take photos on your phone or with a digital camera, but please disable any sounds and do not use a flash.
