Rob Wood

Rob Wood is a Scotland-based artist manager and founder of Lonewolf Talent Management. He represents Glasgow modern pop-metal outfit Lo Rays, who are rapidly building momentum across the UK and Europe, alongside Welsh indie legends Melys, a band with a rich legacy and renewed international activity. With nearly a decade of experience in the music industry, Rob specializes in developing emerging and alternative artists, focusing on strategic growth, live opportunities, and long-term career building.

In 2025, Rob co-founded the Rock and Metal Alliance CIC, working with a dedicated team to create new pathways for grassroots rock and metal acts. Through showcase stages and industry partnerships across the UK, Europe, and beyond, the initiative connects developing artists with key industry figures, helping them access vital performance opportunities and build sustainable careers.
