Project Lead - Beyond The Music / Skills Development Manager, Attitude is Everything

Phoebe is Attitude is Everything’s Skills Development Manager, leading the activity of their Beyond the Music initiative, an initiative working to make the Music and Live Events industry inclusive for all. This includes the creation of the Beyond The Music Network and by brokering training, mentoring, shadowing and skills development opportunities for Deaf, disabled and Neurodivergent professionals. She also works with industry organisations to support them to become more inclusive employers. She does this via their Accessible Employment Guide, training courses and by offering bespoke advice on making your policies, processes and practice as accessible as possible.

Phoebe has 20 years of experience in the music and live events industries, working as a Live Events producer with clients including Sky Arts, Sony, Google & Doc Martens leading their music based experiential projects. She also works producing large scale electronic music festivals such as Eastern Electrics, Maiden Voyage & Boiler Room Festival.

Phoebe is neurodivergent and passionate about advocating for better working practice for those in the Music and Live Events Industry who are disabled, neurodivergent or have long-term mental health conditions.
