Nicky Carder is the Membership Manager at The Ivors Academy, a trade association representing 2000 music creators across the UK and proudly presents The Ivors and The Ivors Composer Awards. Nicky previously worked for the Music Managers Forum, playing a key role in developing the membership at the organisation. She has spent a number of years working as a music manager, promoter and venue booker in Scotland and is passionate about campaigning, diversity and community development.
