2021 Artist Applications Open
Wide Days is back with a hybrid Summer edition on 12-13 August - more details coming soon.
In the meantime we're pleased to announce the launch of our 2021 artist development programme - open to all genres - with applications open now.
Supported by PRS Foundation, it aims to develop international opportunities for six acts based in Scotland, and is open to solo musicians, bands, songwriters and producers/DJs who make original music.
The initiative combines two days of workshops and advice sessions, as well as a pre-recorded showcase as part of the hybrid Wide Days convention. This will be followed by individual mentoring sessions tailored to each participant.
The six acts will be selected by a panel of media and music industry professionals, including genre specialists and international bookers. They will benefit from:
