Conference includes sessions on musical martial artistsdistribution/label servicesmusic video, and how to use data for planning PR, tours and releases. Popular sessions, Introducing PPL and A&R You Brave Enough? will return, while this year the Ten Things I Hate About You panel will feature managers vs musicians. We're also teaming up with our long-term partners PPL, CMU Insights, UHI and the Association of Independent Music (AIM) on several panels.

New for 2020 is a strand titled Local Heroes, celebrating people who've made a significant contribution to Scotland’s music scene. We'll be interviewing Showcase Scotland organiser, Lisa Whytock, whose company Active Events celebrates its 30th anniversary this year - as well as FLY Events' Tom Ketley, founder of FLY Open Air festivals.
 
Another new addition for this year is the Podcast Lounge, giving delegates the chance to watch some leading music-industry shows being recorded live. Confirmed so far are Bitesize Bodacious BabesHow Did You Manage That? and the SMIA's North Rising, with more to be announced soon...
