Mia Hallesby is one of the two founders of the Norwegian music company GILT. The company has a primary focus on publishing, but provides artist services for some artists.
Hallesby has a background in both film and music business. In GILT she works across both fields of business by doing music placements in films and commercials on behalf of writers and composers. Part of GILTs catalog consists of music by the music producers Sparkx, the artist St. Niklas and the composer Kristoffer Lo.
Mia Hallesby runs the company with her partner and A&R Wendi Pendeza Kazonza in Norway, and they’ve been doing so the last two years.
