Louise Stanners Pow is the Regional Officer for the Musicians’ Union (MU) in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Louise has worked for the MU for 8 years. Prior to working for the MU, Louise was a singer and songwriter. Louise also has a BA degree in Popular Music from Edinburgh Napier University.
The Musicians’ Union is the trade union for musicians and represents over 30,000 musicians in the UK. The MU works for musicians by negotiating with all the major employers in the industry, campaigning on behalf of musicians and offering a number of benefits, services and advice tailored to your needs at every stage of your career.
