Katrina Hutchinson ONeill

Founder and director of Summer's End Angus, Scotland's newest mainstream independent music festival, launching August 2026 in Angus with a year one cap of 30K over 3 days.

A three-time Great British Entrepreneur Award winner, Katrina is also CEO and founder of Join Talent, a firm she built from her sofa in 2019 to 250+ staff across 25 countries, named the Sunday Times #1 Fastest-Growing Private Company in Britain. She holds a King's Award for Enterprise for International Trade, and was named Business Woman of the Year in 2024.

Katrina sits on the founding committee of the Scottish Independent Festivals Association (SIFA) and is passionate about building Scotland's independent live events sector further including working to gain better access to funding and support.
