With a degree in agriculture a career in events might not seem an obvious natural progression, however, Helen has worked on and off in the events industry since the age of 12 with a portfolio including agricultural shows, food festivals, farmers markets and music festivals. In 2003 Helen joined the team working part time on The Wickerman Festival and in 2007 was offered a full time job working direct for The Wickerman as Festival Coordinator. The role developed over the years to include booking the acts for the Summerisle Main Stage and the punk and ska led Scooter Tent.
Helen left The Wickerman in November 2014 and is currently rather excited to be involved in the only 2015 UK date for the Mumford & Sons led Gentlemen of the Road show, the Aviemore Stopover to be held in July this year.
