A proud artist of Universal Music, Roland Europe, Eventide Audio and Rampone & Cazzani saxophones, Gianni has always been fond of jazz, world music, electronics and sound design improvisations. He’s among the 10 italian jazz musicians of the future in 2018 for GQ magazine. He has performed and collaborated with artist such as Miroslav Vitous, Rai Symphonic Orchestra, Francesco Cafiso, Billy Cobham, Ike Willis, Elio of Storie Tese, Furio di Castri, Fabrizio Bosso, Flavio Boltro, Tullio de Piscopo, Indian Ocean, Zion Train, Masia One.
He taught and held masterclasses at international academies such as the Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory (Nepal), the Midi School of Music, the Beijing Contemporary Music Academy and Yunnan Art University (China), Global Music Institute and True School of Music, India, Tafe Institute Perth (Australia) University of Kwazulu Natal Durban (South Africa), Escola Comunicaçao and Maputo (Mozambique). He has performed for the Italian Embassies in Beijing, Dakar and Maputo; Culture Institutes in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Delhi, Mumbai Athens, Barcelona, Edimburgh and Pretoria; Consulates of Calcutta, Canton and Perth. Denitto has played in numerous international festivals, including the Perth Jazz Festival, Jazzmandu Festival, Villa Celimontana Jazz Festival, Ostroda Reggae Festival, Torino Jazz Festival, Edinburgh Jazz Festvial, Mallorca Saxophone Festival, Kolkata Book Fair, Overjam Festival, Shanghai Midi Festival
