Involved in the European music industry for the past 10 years, Géraldine moved from Paris to London aged 21, where she earned a Master’s degree in Music Business Management. She then gained experience from award-winning record label Bella Union, live music promoters Bird On The Wire, world-class venue the Royal Albert Hall, and later joined Le Bureau Export - the French music export office - as Project Manager. There, she advised French and international music professionals on how to work together to develop careers of 'made in France' artists in the UK, Ireland and later Scandinavia. She initiated partnerships with renowned music companies and festivals such as The Great Escape and London Jazz Festival, booked and co-promoted regular London live music nights, coordinated French presence at UK festivals and several Scandinavian tours, creating UK and pan-european opportunities for hundreds of artists across all music genres.

In 2019, she started Compass Music, an international music consulting agency based in Paris and London. Compass Music offers bespoke solutions to music companies, events, organisations and artists wishing to develop internationally, with a focus on the UK and France. Services offered are bespoke to clients’ needs and can range from one-off strategic consulting to long-term project or campaign management, business development and local representation, events, communication & PR. Compass Music past or current clients’ include Trans Musicales, Kwaidan Records, Sonic Visions, Institut Français, Strut Records, and many more.
