Fruzsina Szép

Fruzsina Szép is Managing Director and Festival Director of SUPERBLOOM at Munich’s Olympiapark. Previously, she led Lollapalooza Berlin from 2015 to 2020, again since 2024, and served as Program Director and Artistic Director of the Sziget Festival. She is a board member of YOUROPE – the European Festival Association and a co-founder of CEETEP and the “TAKE A STAND” movement.

Fruzsina founded the first CEE showcase festival and was Director of the Hungarian Music Export Office. She has received the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres and the Award for Excellence and Passion from the European Festival Awards, is an honorary professor, and a sought-after international speaker. Her focus is on creating creative, inclusive, emotionally resonant festivals with a lasting, sustainable impact for audiences, artists, and teams.
