Fiona McGugan

Featured Artists Coalition
Music Managers Forum

Fiona supports artists on a daily basis working with the Featured Artists Coalition. The FAC is a collective of 4,500 artists who advocate for transparency in the music business and a greater connection between artists and fans in the digital age. Fiona works to campaign for the protection of featured artists rights as well as providing education and mentoring for the members of the FAC alongside a board of artists that includes members of Travis, Radiohead and Pink Floyd among others.

Fiona's background is a mixture of tour management, PR, artist management and brand partnerships before she joined the FAC at the start of 2012.

She also currently works with the Music Managers Forum, which represents over 400 artist managers, building relationships with industry counterparts including labels, publishers, lawyers, agents, retailers and tech companies.

Both the MMF and FAC work to empower the artists' voice and maintain that the most important relationship in music is that of the artist and the fan, and everything else should exist to facilitate that.

Fiona is also undertaking a Masters in Entertainment Law at the University of Westminster.
