Claire Baker is Scottish Labour’s Culture spokesperson. She was first elected to the Scottish Parliament in 2007 and again in 2011 to represent Mid Scotland and Fife. At the upcoming Scottish Parliament Election she is Scottish Labour’s candidate for Kirkcaldy and on the Mid Scotland and Fife list.
Born in Fife, Claire attended both Edinburgh and Glasgow Universities where she earned a PhD in English Literature. She is a published author and relative of Jennie Lee.
