Ceri Dixon is currently the Head of Digital Partnerships at Ireland’s biggest Independent record label and management company ‘Rubyworks Records’ (Hozier, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Hudson Taylor, Otherkin, Little Hours, Wyvern Lingo).

Undertaking Digital Marketing internships at Cherry Red and Polydor Records, she then moved across to Digital and channel management at RCA UK / Sony Music where she focused on the streaming landscape; working closely with partners to help establish artist / label protocol.

Having played a key role in the creation of Universal Music UK’s streaming department in 2014, Ceri then spent the next four years managing streaming accounts across the group through until late last year. During this time she was involved in campaigns from catalogue artists such as the Beatles (their launch on streaming services) and the Rolling Stones, to the development and breaking of artists such as Sigrid, Blossoms and Raye.
