Why do people go to festivals, how do they listen to music and what do they drink at gigs? We provide a rare opportunity for industry delegates to find out more about their consumers - by asking a room full of them.  Vic Galloway asks the questions with the aid of live polling software.

This session will be attended by a mixture industry figures including festival organisers and labels, so is an excellent opportunity for students to connect in a different environment and be the ones sharing their knowledge and experience.
