Anneliese Harmon is a global music, entertainment, tech/AI, creative business executive, strategist, advisor, catalyst, alchemist, and cultural architect with over 33 years of experience shaping artist careers, creative enterprises, culture and brands. She blends strategic insight, creative vision, entrepreneurial expertise, and hands-on leadership to deliver measurable impact for emerging and established artists, businesses, start-ups, and international music, entertainment & tech companies; combining rare experience, vision, execution, and influence that few peers achieve.

Having worked across the US, UK, and key international markets, Anneliese has built a vast network and a proven track record in music, entertainment, artist management, business/brand development, global marketing, and creative ownership. For more than 15 years, she has led her own consultancy, providing insight, designing strategies and building blueprints that enable creative talent and enterprises to thrive.

Beyond advisory consultancy, Anneliese is an entrepreneur, writer, documentary film producer, public speaker, mentor and Angel Investor, both through sweat equity and in overseeing her late mother’s philanthropic interests, publicly known as The Donna Crichton-Harmon Foundation.

She currently serves as Co-Chair Board Director of the Scottish Music Industry Association (SMIA) and is an inaugural member of Creative UK’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group (EDIAG). She has also contributed to CIISA's (Creative Industry Independent Standard Authority) origin start-up working group, UK Music’s AI working group, UK Music's Diversity Task Force and numerous other industry initiatives.

Outside of her professional work, Anneliese prioritises travel, wellness, and lifelong learning. She is pursuing studies in AI, technology, philosophy, mental health, both US and UK business law, and is writing a series of books exploring her life, family legacy, DNA, and ancestral learnings.
