Anna Jaconelli

Anna is a Solicitor in Harper Macleod’s Intellectual Property & Technology team. She works within the firm’s holistic brand protection service, advising on trade mark portfolio management, domain name strategy and brand enforcement. Her practice includes copyright and related rights, particularly within the music and entertainment sectors, where she regularly supports artists, creators and rights‑holders with enforcement issues, takedowns and the protection of creative works. Harper Macleod continues to advise the Musicians’ Union on its campaign for ensuring equitable remuneration for musicians from streaming, and more recently on remuneration for the use of music in AI. The firm provides the Union with webinars, legal clinics and ad hoc advisory support. Anna contributes to this work as part of the wider music practice, drawing on the firm’s longstanding experience in supporting creators and organisations across creative industries.
