Andy Harris

Andy is the head of the IP and Commercial Contracts Team at MBM Commercial and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as an intellectual property law specialist.  He advises clients in a wide variety of different industries in relation to intellectual property, information technology and e-commerce matters, including within the entertainment and media industries.  He has been involved in advising music industry clients for over 12 years acting for labels, publishers, managers and artists, most notably Amy Macdonald.
