Andrew Rankine is a musician and recording engineer/producer based in Edinburgh. He has been involved in the music industry for over 15 years, and has worked on projects spanning many genres - including running a successful electronic music record label - but currently focuses on drumming in three metal/punk bands (Scumpulse, Burt Ward and Tower of Flies), which have had a predominantly DIY approach. Putting on many gigs, playing and organising tours and promoting and releasing music and merchandise has lead to one of his bands signing to a record label.
Recording, mixing and mastering bands and musicians through his own company Black Cave Recordings keeps him involved in what is happening around him musically, producing metal and other genres, including his own bands.
