Andrea Caswell

Programming Director, Music Managers Forum Canada

Andrea Caswell is an artist manager, industry consultant, and music creator, and currently serves as the Programming Director with Music Managers Forum Canada. Her journey has been anything but straightforward. She graduated from Queen’s University with degrees in International Development (BAH) and Theatre (BA) and completed an Independent Music Production degree at Seneca College. After years of creative collaborations and directing live events, Andrea became the tour manager for Splash'N Boots, an established Canadian children's act, and managed over 300 performances across Canada, including outreach projects to Canada’s North. She served as day-to-day manager with this award-winning team and acted as Director of Operations for the business. Andrea is a fierce advocate for creative entrepreneurs and artists, and manages Joan Smith and the Jane Does, a female-fronted dance-rock duo. Her current role with Music Managers Forum Canada is driven by her passion for celebrating and empowering artists and managers in their careers. Andrea currently splits her time between Canada and the UK.
