Alex Richter is founder and managing director of Four Artists, which was established as a platform to promote concerts for German hip-hop act Die Fantastischen Vier in 1998.
Today, it is one of Germany's leading concert agencies representing a wide range of acts including German acts SEEED, Booka Shade and Turntablerocker, as well as Scotland's Rachel Sermanni.
