Malte Tabeling is working as A&R & Creative Manager at NEUBAU Music / Humming Records since 2021. The Humming Records label (home to ÄTNA, Novaa, Sharktank, Lie Ning, Mar Malade, BROCKHOFF, Yukno, Zimmer90, Luke Noa, and many more) is dedicated to promoting the value of music, real artists and their visions in a fast-paced industry, focusing on developing long-term careers. The big picture, creative freedom, and ultimately art itself are more important than making a quick buck in the short term - for both artists and Malte.

Before that he was working as Artist Manager at Polytope Management / Guesstimate. In this position he was responsible for scouting new artists and signing them to Polytope Management. He was also responsible for providing creative and strategic advice to the artists, as well as business, day-to-day and tour-related matters. During his time at Polytope Management, Malte has worked with artists such as YouNotUs, Alle Farben, Deepend, Parra For Cuva, Charlott Boss and Junge Junge.
