Joe Frankland is Senior Grants and Programmes Manager at PRS Foundation, leading the Foundation’s Grants team and working strategically to plan and manage the annual programme of grant giving across all genres. Joe joined the Foundation in 2014 having worked at the forefront of artist development for a number of years, helping to break artists and build careers.
Joe likes a wide range of music, with favourites including Radiohead, Bob Dylan, Feist, Kanye West, Arcade Fire, Nils Frahm, Curtis Mayfield, The National and Janelle Monáe.
