Operations Support Manager

Adam has worked at PPL for 15 years.  His PPL career started off in the public performance licensing team in 2003 before moving into the Member Services team in 2007 where he has managed teams responsible for dealing with new member registrations, performer claims and member queries.  In his current role as Operations Support Manager, he uses his specialist knowledge of PPL’s business to ensure we are delivering the best possible service to our performer and record company members.
